custom Jacuzzi tub surround
The only bathroom in this house needed some custom touches to it! We designed and built custom 12” x 48” niches and added a staggered element just to take it to the next level. These were laid out on the wall based on the 6”x12” Carrara white marble tiles for a perfect layout. We then applied multiple layers of waterproofing the recommended 4’ up to ensure a long lasting installation. A beautiful marble arabesque tile was added to complete these niches elegant visual!
heated flooring
The added icing on top of the cake was the WiFi adjustable smart heated flooring added under the tile for those cold winter months! Here we installed a wired mat system that goes underneath the tile and gets tied into an LCD touch screen thermostat mounted next to the light switch. This allowed for multiple programming settings making it easy to use and cost-effective!
custom shower
A simple builders grade shower surround was not going to suffice in this home! We took the appropriate steps to build a flawless shower equipped with grab bars and easy access curb. We started by filling in the existing hole around the drain left by the original plumber, self leveled the shower pan, and water-proofed with Schluter Kerdi shower kit. We performed a 24 hour water test just to check for leaks and then installed the 12x24 tile laid out around the custom built niche! What a difference!
dream powder room
This started as paper thin sheet vinyl flooring, single coat matte finish walls, and a white porcelain pedestal sink. It was transformed into an elegant, moody feel, with board and batten walls, crown molding, encaustic tiles, a custom built floating vanity, rose gold fixtures, and a gorgeous vessel bowl sink! The single beam of light and charcoal paint on the walls and the ceiling help to put the guest into a new world.
